They are consistent here with filling your cup entirely with ice. I asked for less ice and they dump the ice and filled the rest with milk before asking me if that was okay.

I ordered 2 lattes in which there was hardly any coffee and mainly a milk taste, seems the 2 coffees were prepared out of one dose. A shame as the service was very friendly.

This is by far the friendliest and cleanest Starbucks I've ever been to. Here, you get your cappuccino in a porcelain cup without asking. Very nice, please keep it up.
