I came here during lunch time and had the enchiladas suiza lunch special that came with rice and beans. Enchiladas were just a tad bit dry. They could have used a bit more sauce but they were still good. The rice was fresh and had a good flavor. The beans...I loved the beans! They had the authentic Mexican bean flavor. There is nothing like eating authentic refried beans that brings that nostalgic memory with them. Service was great.
It was delicious. Everything we ordered was really good. It's hard to judge a Mexican restaurant it's typical fair when it comes to Mexican restaurants. They had really good enchiladas but no one can match my mom's, sorry.

We always stop in here at least once when we visit Durango. Sometimes the food and service are fine and sometimes they're outstanding, but we know we'll never leave hungry. The prices are fair and the atmosphere is generally warm and welcoming.
