Longtime family favorite the service has become so terrible here ! Love the menu and the food and brews but the employee attitudes, wait times and lack of response are seriously lacking. Tried to speak with management/owner directly as I hate to just complain on social media but something needs to be done

We eat there every time we go to Durango. Food was delicious with a very good menu. Prices were average with a generous portion.

Kid-friendliness: We brought our 3 grandkids 4, 8,and 10.

Bangers and curds, Southwest Burger, Conductor IIPA on nitro, Sultan of Stoke IPA all very good. Service good today. Always helps to come during off hours in the mid afternoon.

Steamworks is great! Gunnar was incredibly an attentive and responsive waiter. The food was great, service was fast, and we waited less than ten minutes for a table at the hottest spot in town.

Excellent food and service. The Harrisa Chicken and the Prescribed Burn Beer were divine. My daughter loved the Mac and cheese and my son enjoyed the popcorn chicken. I will come back here next time I’m in Durango.

Pretty good location to get craft beers, pizza and bar type foods. The atmosphere was nice with a bar side and restaurant side. The wait was about 15 minutes to be seated and that was for a group of 8.

I did not have any of the beer but my wife shared the beers she had were good. The food was pretty good. The Dirty Fries (not pictured because they didn't have a chance once they landed on the table) were the best thing I had. The Whiskey Burger was alright, it came out well done, next time I'll have to order it my way.

I would definitely recommend and have saved this place for future stops. Enjoy

Just not a good day for one of my favorite restaurants. Unfortunate the staff doesn't have uniforms or guidelines for what to wear to work... i know it's durango and casual but really didn't enjoy seeing two of the hostesses' butt cheeks and other parts showing because their skirts were so short. Nor the staff that looked like they just rolled out of bed. Not so appetizing. Also unfortunate... the pizza. Used to be a favorite. Guess it's cheaper to buy pre-made, dry, cardboard crusts. So sad to see a once excellent restaurant soar on price and decline so badly on food and service especially the past year.

They abounded us whole time, we are great tipper and it was their loss. Service is worse and food isn’t great. Very disappointed.

For a brewing company, they had some of the best pizza! Brew selection was good as well. Tends to be busy at times but service was still great!
