I have rarely been to a fast food restaurant with this level of incompetence. The workers are typically on drugs and can never get orders right. Small lines can take over 30-45 mins to get through and you are stuck in the line once you order.

Horrible experience... Really sad that this is a tourist spot and some ppl just are looking for a chill meal they are used to, and get this ... This horrible atmosphere, sad excuse for food quality, and abhorrent customer service. Don't waste ur time, please go to a diff fast food option.

DO NOT GO HERE!! waited 45 minutes in line and it didn’t move places packed drive-through line is around the corner and they’re not lifting a finger to help anyone. Unless you’ve got several hours to spare and can wait eating until your next two meal times don’t even try it. These people are despicable!!

Going on about a 35 minute wait, currently sitting in the lobby and just heard the manager say that "they are catching up on the drive thru" while several Doordash customers have been served before anyone in the lobby. Don't expect good service whatsoever and a 50/50 shot on whether your food will be right.

the last 5 times i have gone to this location they have forgotten 1 or more of my items. sick and tired of paying for things im not getting, its not like everyone has the time to go through the 45 minute long drive through time twice to get their order done correctly. (nor should it even have to happen in the first place, get it together please)

I mean come on. We got two breakfast crunchwraps and asked for no bacon on both, 1 came with bacon and all the toppings and the other came with only egg, cheese, and the hash brown nothing else. It also took them close to 10 minutes waiting in the driveway. I just would avoid this one at all costs.

Been here 4 times, only managed to get food once. The food I got was not prepared well, the dining area was dirty and the kitchen was a mess. It’s apparent that food handling/hygiene is lacking. The staff was obviously high and despite being high, very unhappy. Twice I waited behind 2 cars for over 15 minutes in the drive-thru and decided to leave. Once I walked there during lunch and it was closed. Sometimes you want Mexican and sometimes you want Taco Bell… you’re not going to get either of those here.
