Might be a good idea to make this location a drive thru only. I went inside to avoid what looked like 10 cars in line.... after i ordered , and waited , i noticed the vehicle that was at the end of that line get thier order and left. Another 10 min i finally got mine...

This is the worst taco bell location I have ever been to. They always are understaffed, overworked and inconsistent. They dont follow the national Taco Bell promotions so dont expect seasonal or limited items. They also dont update their app at all so they consistently mess orders up or will sell something they dont have in stock. Do literally anywhere else especially in Durango since there are far better options.

Ordered two items from here, the order was incorrect. Had to go back to correct the meal and go through drive through. We explained to them in the drive thru and by the time we got to the window we had sat there for over 5 minutes until someone came to the window. They either didn’t care or forgot about me in the drive through. I requested a remake of my food once again and the guy proceeded to ask if I wanted to throw away the wrong order I said yes please and handed it over. He comes back a minute or two later with the remake and very rudely hands over the bag and says “in the future I recommend you not come back to this location” and closes the window and walks away. I’m very confused so I wait until he comes back and asks why he said that. He stated “bcuz I was rude and that if I don’t leave he will be contacting police” I was very respectful so there was no need for the aggression or disrespect. I’m from Arizona and have been on the road since 5am and to deal with disrespect like this and my food was incorrect, I will be speaking with the general manager. I would give zero stars if I could. I do not recommend eating here.

Multiple times now they handed me the wrong order. I wait in long lines and heavy traffic just to be handed nothing I asked for. Never go here! Calling them leads to a dead signal so you can't complain to them directly.

Absolute worst taco bell in the history of taco bell. *EVERY TIME* we order it takes 20-30 minutes for our order regardless of if we order ahead with the app or not. Today was the last straw. We ordered meals for four people, one was completely missing and one was supposed to be a cantina bowl. I received a *teeny* plate of rice, refried beans, and lettuce. No guacamole, sauce, pico de gallo, sour cream, black beans, or cheese. When I returned 15 minutes later I sat it a three car line for 30 minutes trying to get to the front, only to be told their computers are down (the lobby itself was locked), they are out of most of these ingredients and couldn't help me.
