Absolute worst taco bell in the history of taco bell. *EVERY TIME* we order it takes 20-30 minutes for our order regardless of if we order ahead with the app or not. Today was the last straw. We ordered meals for four people, one was completely missing and one was supposed to be a cantina bowl. I received a *teeny* plate of rice, refried beans, and lettuce. No guacamole, sauce, pico de gallo, sour cream, black beans, or cheese. When I returned 15 minutes later I sat it a three car line for 30 minutes trying to get to the front, only to be told their computers are down (the lobby itself was locked), they are out of most of these ingredients and couldn't help me.

The positives were the employees were friendly and the food was great. Everything was broken though the AC in the lobby wasn't working and it was a thousand degrees, the ice machine on the soda was broken so there was warm soda. Just needs some TLC.

Worst Taco Bell in the Four corners area. Half the time the inside is closed , half the time they run out of ingredients, half the time the employees don’t show up to work ( I blame management). Every time I go through the drive through I am missing items when I get home. The last time literally half my order was missing. I don’t recommend.

This is legitimately the worst fast food restaraunt I have ever been to. Whoever is operating this store blatantly does not care about their employees or their customers. My last visit I came to the drive through and was told it would be a 45 minute wait. I should have known better than to try again as the time before that I had to wait half an hour and the air conditioning in the store was broken, forcing the workers to work in 100 degrees according to the thermostat inside. Whoever is responsible for operating this chain needs to be held responsible for what a terrible job they are doing.
