“Man o Man, what a fantastic experience I had at Chang Thai Durango. The food was exquisite. The best Thai food I have ever eaten. I’ve eaten Thai food in New York, Chicago, Dallas, San Antonio etc. this food is by far the very best. If you haven’t had Thai food here you are missing out. “When I tried to order online, there was no option to make an item vegan, so I called to make my order instead and they understood what vegan meant. I got the drunken noodles (Phadkeemow) with tofu and really enjoyed them. As another reviewer said, the noodles were not at all like the traditional thick and chewy noodles, but the sauce was delicious, and the dish still hit the spot for me. I got mine mild (you can choose no spice, mild, medium, spicy, or Thai spicy) and the spice level was perfect for me—just a little spice but not too much. Updated from previous review on 2026-08-28“
