When I was planning my trip to Lamar, I was looking for restaurants along the way that would be great breakfast options. JJ's had popped up on my radar, from that moment on, I was intrigued. Seeing the praises that this restaurant had, I figured that it would be worth the try. I do not regret making that choice at all. Real amrican dinner. The waitress was incredible nice. The place is not super nice, but is a good to eat on the road. Food was good and fresh. Please try the pay. It was really good.

Nice locally owned place! Good food, environment, and location. Cooked home style with good ingredients- not overly salty or greasy like many lab formulated chain restaurants nowadays! I had a breakfast burrito and biscuits and gravy. The salsa was spicy and flavorful and not just watered down tomato paste like ~90% of places! Hash browns were ?. Sausage was cooked and seasoned well. Good service and nice stop :)Parking: Enough to park any number or size of vehicles.
