Canela Coffee and Pastry Shop is a lovely, locally family-owned creperie on Broadway in Eagle. They offer sweet and savory crepes, signature coffees, and a variety of baked goods, including vegan and gluten-free options. The owners are kind and friendly. Try their delicious cubano sandwich, iced chai latte, and chocolate chip banana loaf. This small business is a great spot to stop for a quick bite and a cup of coffee. Everything from the coffee, to the food, to the pastries is absolutely delicious. The food and coffee were great, service was outstanding and atmosphere was amazing! This family owned and operated shop is a great spot for a yummy breakfast. Customers love the apple, brie, fig jam, and spinach crepe, calling it one of the best they've ever had. The Cafe de Olla is also a standout, a coffee with spices that is hard to find. They have a variety of in-house made pastries, and the gluten-free options are among the best. The almond cookie was perfect.
