I finally got around to trying out La Diosa - Seriously AMAZING!!!
I had a Diosa Ribeye Taco, Diosa Tots and a Quesadilla. Holy cow, it's simple food with a cuisine kick! Uri's got an artistic talent for flavors - had I realized it was his truck I would have tried it out sooner... I'll definitely be back for more 😋
