This is the best Chinese restaurant in Colorado where I have dined. It is an old-fashioned Chinese-American diner found in a small town in Weld County (Eaton - 7 miles north of Greeley on US-85). I have ordered their Lo Mein, Fried Rice, Crab Rangoon, Foil Wrapped Chicken, Fried Shrimp, Pork Dumplings, Hot & Sour Soup, Wonton Soup, Sizzling Rice Soup, Shrimp with Lobster Sauce, Mongolian Beef, and Chicken with Black Bean Sauce. Beautiful restaurant inside with the bridge going over the pond. The food is just amazing. Probably the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. You get a lot of food for a fair price. I always get the lunch special and there’s plenty left over for later. Their crab cheese wontons are amazing as well. Friendly staff and clean atmosphere. I highly recommend Dragon Inn in Eaton, CO!
