“We stopped by a couple days ago and tried the cod as well as the clam chowder and chips! We were helped by Madison, and her service was top of the line! She was patient and very positive about the food but it was the way you could tell she really cared about the shop and the patrons.I overheard another couple talking to her at the bar and they were telling her that they had a bad experience before and wanted to give it another try. She did a great job acknowledging their previous experience and thanked them for coming back and for giving them another chance!Service industry has changed so much and it was so nice to feel like you were in the presence of someone who genuinely enjoyed where they worked and wanted you to enjoy your food.
