“Saw this place on TikTok and had to try the malasadas. Make sure to call ahead if you're ordering a dozen or more. Thankfully he still had enough when I called.
Malasadas were smaller than the ones you get on the islands, but no less delicious! Besides, I liked them smaller for easy portion control. Cause these things go quickly lol.
Customer service was great. He even threw in a few extra in my order. Will be back again!“

“Amazing customer service. i wish I knew the name of the man who took my order but he made my day. I went to Mango Mango to get drinks for my friends and he noticed I had a list pulled up. When I refused the receipt (by habit) he asked if I was sure since I would need it for my friends to pay me back, which hasn’t crossed my mind! Other than that, he put the drinks neatly in a bag and made sure to tell me which is which and watched me leave, I assume to make sure I make it okay to my car with all the drinks. It felt really refreshing compared to other places I’ve been. Thank you🫶“

“A bit pricey but cookies are large and super soft. Wish there was at least a bench in the waiting area. Sometimes cookies are still baking and there's a wait. Will order for my kiddos upcoming bday. Great for special ocassions and for gifts.“

“I am writing this review specifically give a shoutout to Sean at Crumbl Cookies. I placed a delivery order through the Crumbl app as a surprise for my brother, but unfortunately, it never arrived (driver stole it)!. I called the store and Sean handled the issue with incredible care and went above and beyond to quickly resolve whatever he could to have it redelivered and was kind enough to call me with updates when the new driver came. His professional and over the top customer service should definitely be recognized. Thanks again!“

“I love cream puffs and this place is one of the best for them at a good price (especially with the Happy Hour deal!). The lady working the register was very polite and got my order together quickly. If you are coming to the store for the Hololive collab (like I was) please be aware that they have not gotten the merch in yet so they do not have the collab cream puffs either (was told it would be announced on instagram). Still get yourself a delicious treat though!!“

“We had Kosmik cater over 1000 mini desserts for our awards show. They were absolutely beautiful! Their presentation & set up of the desserts was stunning. Benoit was so good to always respond to emails & even was willing to do extra clean up for our event. Our guests were so pleased & they left the space they used cleaner than it was before they got there. I highly recommend working with them!“

I watched as she was more than capable of working through a suddenly formed and impatient line at this location, effectively leveraging her skills in her role here effortlessly!

The staff was friendly and the store was clean and inviting. Even though nothing stood out as over the top amazing this time, it was still a good experience overall and I’d come back to try other flavors.“
