“Jamie - it’s clear that everyone appreciates her, customers and coworkers alike. She’s friendly, even-keeled, and at ease, even in a rush. She’s wonderful and attentive. A clear multitasker, serving and behind the bar. I’d come back just for her level of service but the food is not to be ignored either. Definitely became one of my favorite brunch spots in the area, easily. Food came out fast, hot, and delicious. I sat in a seat for way too long and wasn’t bothered or pushed out. “If I could give 10 stars, I would. I'm not a cake person. Well, I wasn't until my nephew brought a cake from The Cake Bar to a family dinner and I couldn't stop talking about it! It was, by far, the most moist, flavorful enjoyable cake I'd eaten in years. I would never in one million years have expected it was all plant based! How does she do it?

I was wedding planning at the time and knew right then I wanted THAT cake as my wedding cake. Fast forward 10 months and Angie and her team delivered the perfect dessert bar for us! Their gluten free options are just as delicious as the rest. We were able to create a simple, colorful, elegant dessert bar that served options for most dietary restrictions - vegan and gluten free! Our reception was out in Westminster and Angie connected us with an Uber Driver Nick who frequently delivers to celebrations and customers who aren't close enough for same-day pickup.

We did a two tier cake with two flavors and 300 mini muffins (2 GF flavors, 4 regular flavors). We kept the top tier for us, sliced the bottom and served those slices along with the mini muffins. Our guests loved it all because they could try multiple flavors.

Angie was amazing to work with. Definitely go for a tasting to check it out - you get to pick your cake and your frosting flavors to taste!

“sylvia the owner knows mexican food better than all of colorado, with a mezcal bar that is not easy to find - this place is great for tourists and native mexicans will agree - adelita's is the best food and best bar menu in all of denver, plus the owner is a really great friend to my community and has donated a lot of food to support my loved ones networks . I recommend this restaurant for it's flawless history, the atmosphere, and the large authentic menu which can be previewed online“

“This historic original Coors tap house is one of the greatest bars and restaurants in Denver, tucked away in the very hip Highlands neighborhood. “My husband and I are very loyal customers to Hungry Goat! We visit at least once a month, sometimes more. Food is great! The drinks are even better! (Especially the espresso martini!) The staff is always so kind and friendly. Unfortunately though, lately we have been disappointed. We have ordered the Steak and Frites and more times than not, we have received a steak that has a lot of fat on it. Today, my husbands steak was half fat. I couldn’t believe it was even served to us.. we love this place so much and it’s been really disappointing.“

Their pastries feel like elevated versions of childhood favorites, especially the Twix-inspired bars that somehow manage to be both nostalgic and insanely refined. The seven-layer maple buttercream cakes were rich without being overwhelming, dipped in chocolate with a perfect balance of sweetness and depth. And the streusel—easily some of the best I’ve ever had—was buttery, crisp, and packed with flavor, adding the perfect texture to every bite. “On vacation and thought this would be a good choice for a late lunch. Turns out it was a great choice. Met with the owner who explained all of the extensive choices and toppings. We chose ahi tuna, spicy tuna and octopus on top of brown rice and a variety of toppings, including Island fin fire sauce with pineapple and habanero, Kimchi, seaweed and wasabi peas with wasabi finishing sauce. Everything is fresh daily according to the owner (the avocado was cut open in front of us). Simply delicious!“

“The small menu might look underwhelming at first, but every item is cooked fresh and hits the spot every time. I would highly recommend the sweet chili sauce on just about everything they make, but my personal favorite is the Katsu Chicken Fried Rice with Vietnamese Slaw. The artwork on the walls always makes me smile, and the staff are always welcoming and quick to help if you need anything. It's a great little place to stop for kids and grown-ups alike!“
