Inside of Edgewater Public Market I tried The Mac Shack. It is a sit anywhere venue with a variety of options. My family all got various dishes from a variety of places here. Highly recommend the location as it is very clean and everyone will be able to find something they want to eat, even the pickiest of eaters.Sadly, the dish I ordered I was not a fan of. Sauce is too thin. I got five cheese and it was not cheesy. Also, their crispy chicken is just frozen pop corn chicken thrown on top. Also, was almost $20 for a below average bowl of Mac and cheese. Customer service is lacking, they were not very friendly.

I bought my mac loving son lunch here yesterday. Their kid's portion is $6 and pretty generous. He ate about half so we were able to bring the rest home. It was a big hit- he's been talking about how good it was off and on all day. My grownup's take on it is that is was good although I would have gotten a little tired of it if it was my whole lunch. But for a few bites or as a side dish it was awesome!
