Tilford's Wood Fired Pizza

Got the white pie pizza. Like other places in the public market, you order from a screen and they make it for you. Not much service. Pizza was pretty decent. Cheesy and I liked the arugula on top. Crust was perfect, didn’t have to chew too much. People complain about the prices but you’re not forced to buy it. You can always go to a Pizza Hut or Little Caesars. I would say the prices are fair, about the same back in Illinois for the same size.

We ordered a Margherita pizza. Somehow it was drenched in balsamic glaze. I’ve never seen a Margherita pizza with balsamic glaze. Not anywhere in Europe or Australia or Japan or literally anywhere I’ve visited. Ours had so much balsamic glaze that the pizza was gross and way too sweet. Lacked salt which Italians actually put in their pizzas. This place does not use salt. So the pizza is very unflavorful and boring.Also the service is very poor.
