I love coming to Gashouse in Edwards. The food is great - we order a combo of elk and quail. It is delicious. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. Overall, very nice experience.
Food was marginal, especially for the price. Service and atmosphere were both great! Maybe the cook had an off night?

Went here for the second time for my birthday and I'm still talking about it! Our server Michael was top notch and everything we got to eat was amazing! Will definitely be back the next time I'm snowboarding at Beaver Creek ?

Fantastic! We sat at the bar and the ordered elk tidbits appetizer which was great, with a generous portion, and shared the mud pie for dessert. Collin and Mark were our bartenders and it was so refreshing and these guys have been here 10+ and 20+ years. This is definitely a local favorite that we just happened to stumble upon. So glad we did! We’ll be back soon for a full dinner!

Do not go here! Infested with mice!I recently dined at The Gas House and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The restaurant's reputation for offering premium steaks at a premium price did not hold up during my visit.Firstly, the steak I ordered was not only overcooked but also burnt, completely ruining what should have been the highlight of the meal. The lack of attention to detail in cooking the steak was disappointing, especially considering the high prices charged.Adding to the disappointment was the attitude of our server, who displayed an unprofessional demeanor throughout the evening. Their lack of attentiveness and dismissive attitude towards our concerns only exacerbated our frustration.To make matters worse, the ambiance was marred by a concerning issue of hygiene. Multiple tables, including ours, witnessed a mouse scurrying across the floor. When we brought this serious concern to the manager's attention, their response was shockingly inadequate. Instead of addressing the problem seriously, the manager simply acknowledged the issue with a dismissive "I know," showing a complete disregard for the health and safety of the patrons.Overall, my experience was highly disappointing. Not only was the food overpriced and poorly prepared, but the lack of professionalism from both the staff and management, coupled with the unsanitary conditions, makes it impossible for me to recommend this establishment to anyone.

Went here tonight and was very dissatisfied the steaks were tuff and had no flavor at all but this wasn’t even the main problem while we are eating dinner we see several mice run across the floor. I asked to talk to a manager, when I told him his response was I know but what do you want me to do about it. I would think if you knew you had a problem you would do some thing to fix it, he wasn’t concerned at all. I will never return and hope this stops other people from going there.
