Easy to find, casual place. Not dressy like Vail. You can tell it has been there a while because it is rustic, and locals are at the small bar. Waiter was excellent. They specialize in seafood, but have local game plate too. Crab cakes and fish were very good. It came with bread, veggies, and potato, so lots of food. It was quick and relaxing. Would go back.
I love GasHouse! We came here to celebrate my boyfriend's 33rd birthday and had a blast! We had the crab dip as an appetizer. I ordered lobster tail with jackelope sausage and they were both delicious. We had the salted caramel cheesecake for dessert which was also stellar. I can't wait to come back soon.
What a great place! I ordered the ruby red blackened trout. My husband ordered the prime rib. Our son ordered the 4 ounce filet. We ordered the appetizer of game sausages. The service was great. Our waiter, Marcus, checked on us many times and offered suggestions when we asked. His descriptions of food was great. We got exactly what we expected. Only 9 minutes from the Sheraton.
