For a family reunion of 9 people and birthday celebration, I reached out to Lauren for a catered dinner. Lauren was able to beautifully execute dinner for a variety of dietary needs including gluten free, dairy free and non-processed food requirements. What a delicious spread with neatly packaged containers and great directions on how to reheat and serve. Next time at Beaver Creek, we will set up another catered dinner.
I pick up the Buddha Bowl often (vegan, gf). They also typically have at least two homemade vegan soup options. It's in the Riverwalk area so it's near many businesses including the bookstore, movie theatre and the environmentally friendly fill/refill store. It's really nice to eat outside by the Eagle River.
We used Lauren's Kitchen to cater a rehearsal dinner at our home. The food was great, her staff was so courteous and hard-working, and the price was reasonable for our budget. Thank you Lauren!!
