Today I decided to go to Wendys and I was about to order when the lady said to me what do you want in a very loud tone and then when I ordered they didn't give me anything of what I ordered they gave me something very different from what I wanted and well I complained about what I had ordered and they treated me very badly then I asked for the manager the manager arrived and I told him what had happened and he told me go to hell and among other insults and I felt very outraged because I only wanted my sandwich I never expected a reaction like that from a manager and he was a man

If the manager is not on shift, it’s a waste of time and money. Got my order wrong twice, was extremely rude while taking my order and the 6 girls in there were all laughing at me for insisting my order was wrong. I’m pregnant and crying in the parking lot because of rude teenagers. Will be driving 30 minutes to Glenwood instead from now on.

I've been to this location multiple times and the staff is always rude. This time, they were laughing the whole time we were at the window and dropping insults in Spanish. Wendy's isn't worth that experience.

Wendy's sandwiches are supposed to have tomato. This location doesn't have tomatos. Which makes the sandwiches made with mayo and lettuce. It's deceptive advertising. When you ask about it, they come up with some lame excuse that the ones that came in weren't good that day period but they never have tomato. Whoever owns this place is its jerk. It should have their franchise revoke.

Literally the best drive-through breakfast burrito you can possibly buy, hot and fresh and delicious and oozy while crispy and well crafted and affordable every single time. Gabriel is a breath of fresh air every morning I see him as he hands me my delicious burrito, the rest of the staff is great as well, I love this Wendy's!
The cashier at the drive-through was rushing me out. He didn’t take my order the way he was supposed to, and when I got my order, it came wrong. He gave me a wrap instead of a burger, which it was cold. He didn’t give me a drink that I paid for, but since I purchased on the drive-through and I was already on my way home, I couldn’t go back to request a correction on my order.

The manager with the 90s middle part haircut is rude as well as the rest of the staff. They refused to speak to us, the burger meat tasted…. Off to say the least, the fries were limp and soggy straight out the window, and the inside doesn’t appear to have had a thorough cleaning in months. Bad food, bad service, bad cleanliness. Initially I thought it may just be a one off but this location has slowly gotten worse and worse over the last several years.
