Tried to place 2 separate orders in the drive thru. Employee said no. I asked why and he said because. I told him he's incorrect, he said okay, but refused to take another order.

What I assume was the manager, short red headed lady, refused to take my order because I didn’t want to use the kiosk. Saying she was too busy working on other orders. There was 5-6 employees working and less than five customers in the building. Literally would not take my order because I wanted to order from the counter instead of the kiosk.

I thought the place was closed I ordered 20 minutes ahead waited 20 after arriving. These kids get paid too much. This is everytime. They act offended to serve you.

Not sure when Wendy’s got to the $10-$20 range for mediocre fast food. At least you used to get free sauces. Now apparently they are .50 cents each? No wonder they are closing hundreds of stores.

The food is always good
But the service [the closing hours in drive through is terrible]. In Google it says that they close at 11pm but thats a lie, they always are closing before 10pm the drive through... so why they dont change that..! Doesn't make any sense to lie about it...Especially if they are not going to comply.

The staff doesn’t greet you, your burger and fries will be cold and tired like they were On the Titanic, and it’ll take forever to get your food. And even bring up any of these issues, the staff still doesn’t care

Ordered drive thru one who is taking order was very rude
Consistently bad service. I’ll be the only person in the store or drive-thru and they can’t get 2 items right. Pathetic and won’t waste another dollar here.

Today I decided to go to Wendys and I was about to order when the lady said to me what do you want in a very loud tone and then when I ordered they didn't give me anything of what I ordered they gave me something very different from what I wanted and well I complained about what I had ordered and they treated me very badly then I asked for the manager the manager arrived and I told him what had happened and he told me go to hell and among other insults and I felt very outraged because I only wanted my sandwich I never expected a reaction like that from a manager and he was a man

If the manager is not on shift, it’s a waste of time and money. Got my order wrong twice, was extremely rude while taking my order and the 6 girls in there were all laughing at me for insisting my order was wrong. I’m pregnant and crying in the parking lot because of rude teenagers. Will be driving 30 minutes to Glenwood instead from now on.

I've been to this location multiple times and the staff is always rude. This time, they were laughing the whole time we were at the window and dropping insults in Spanish. Wendy's isn't worth that experience.

Wendy's sandwiches are supposed to have tomato. This location doesn't have tomatos. Which makes the sandwiches made with mayo and lettuce. It's deceptive advertising. When you ask about it, they come up with some lame excuse that the ones that came in weren't good that day period but they never have tomato. Whoever owns this place is its jerk. It should have their franchise revoke.
