Came friday night, closed at 11:20 came on saturday night again closed before posted business hours, will be calling an office to figure out why, never have issues with the store in glenwood and quite frankly if you are going to take what is the one spot left for fast food mid valley do better..

Terrible experience. Placed a pickup order and mistakenly didn’t specify drive-thru pickup. When I received the wrong order, I returned it through the drive-thru, but they refused to bring out my correct order, insisting I come inside even though I had two sick kids with me. The food they claimed to be ready was 15 feet away from them, they said they were “too busy.” After unloading my 4-year-old and 2-year-old (who has pink eye), we went inside, only to find the order still wasn’t ready. They were also out of the cookies I ordered, and couldn’t issue a refund—just offered a frosty as a substitute. To top it off, I left without the Sprite I paid for. Completely unacceptable service. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

I tried to order a crispy chicken sandwich but got what I can only describe as something beyond terrible. I received the wrong drink, my fries were burnt, and the chicken on the sandwich was soggy. The cold chicken felt like biting through raw, wet cartilage. The "crispy" skin practically slipped off of the patty on the first bite. I had never been so disgusted with a chicken patty in my life. The first time I went here, the chicken was burnt, but even then, I was certain it couldn't get much worse. This sandwich is slime with two top buns.

The kid taking my order had his air pods in so I'm sure that explains why he didn't hear what I had ordered. He also didn't hear me ask for my receipt. It's an unusual thing to ask, I guess. At least it was fun hearing him loudly sing the lyrics to whatever he was listening to, so bonus atmosphere points for that.

My experience was as it should be in this type of business, basically super fast, delicious and cheap food. And also, like the vast majority of this type of business that I know, I saw many dirty tables with food remains, the floor dirty and the bathrooms totally a disaster, papers everywhere and water on the floor, beyond that it fulfills its purpose. function correctly.

Horrible experience. The person who took our order was barely paying attention. We had a group of 6 people which I understand is a lot, but their inside was closed so had the only option of going through a drive through. When we got our order, we went through the bags and realized we were missing a four piece spicy nugget and fries. We reversed back to the window and tried to get their attention, but they turned off the lights (10:40pm) and didn’t come to the window for 10 minutes after we are knocking and honking. We saw people inside standing around and just ignoring us. When they finally did come to the window, the person was rude and when we told them we didn’t get the nuggets, they denied and repeated “I packed the bag myself so you should have it.” We showed the bag over and over and then just wanted our money back. They said no over and over again and told us to drive forward again and again. This is at 10:50 before they were supposed to close. She then closed the window and locked it. Horrible service, horrible person. Not okay. (I know I sound like a Karen, but believe me this is one of the first times I have ever written a review). Pissed and sad about the service of Wendy’s. We ended up going to Zane’s for the nuggets! Amazing Zane’s food!

I ordered 6 items and only got 1 thing we ordered correctly. Then the guy on the phone acted like he couldn’t hear me and then he took the phone off of the hook so I couldn’t call back.
