I have been coming here for years off and on, as well as other locations in several states. Mostly it's still the experience I've enjoyed. Still, I am disappointed by two things that used to make it better. First, the later closing hours, which many coffee shops don't have for those with late-day coffee yearnings or a need to sit somewhere. This is an excellent coffee shop, and the people who work here are so friendly and polite! They always offer a pup cup and water for my dog, and there's plenty of outdoor seating.
