First time ever coming here and disappointed in almost every way. For how much advertising I hear and see about Hacienda, I would have atleast expected a little better than what I got. Chile con quest was half a cup serving considering the large price tag. I ordered the crab and shrimp pablano plate and when it arrived EVENTUALLY, it looked like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile since the beans were crusted over. The pablano still had atleast a tablespoon of seeds...
We enjoyed happy hour with our social group. Food was good, all enjoyed it (big portions for happy hour prices!).

Met for a family dinner today for 7 people. Slow service. Gave chicken instead of steak to my granddaughter. Meals came out separately after waiting quite sometime. Mine was last after quite some time. Steak was mushy and oversalted. We had to ask to comp her meal, rather then them offering it. For 168 dollars, I was not impressed. Wasn't even that busy Been several times, but probably won't be back...
