“Sukiya Ramen is the reason I'm addicted to Kimchi ? they have some of the best Ramen I've ever had, their appetizers are amazing and I love the Kimchi Ramen. They have a DIY Ramen option which is perfect once you figure out what you do and don't like ramen wise. There is a wide variety of drinks, alcoholic and nonalcoholic. They usually have only one server at each location, there’s usually not a long wait but even when there is it’s always worth it. I’d always drive to the location off of Arapahoe Rd but I am so grateful with this location being so much closer! “This place surprised me with one of the best bowls of pho I've had in this town, and I know the pho well. The soup was delicious, a good blend of flavorful ingredients that all stand out on their own, none too far out of balance. Very good meat. Been here a few times and the quality is consistent which I can't say for all restaurants. I’ve had Moge countless times on the east coast so I know what it’s supposed to taste like, and usually the tea flavor is pronounced, but that wasn’t my experience with this location. That said, the cheese cap is on par with the other Moge tee locations I’ve had: it’s the right amount, not skimpy at all, and doesn’t taste like whip cream. It’s rich and creamy.
