“I had placed an online order in the app, it said the location was accepting orders and open. The order said it was ready for pick up then complete before we even had got there, we arrived about 20 minutes after I had placed my order to find nothing. No heads up no paper nothing just locked doors and lights turned off. We already paid for our food but the establishment was closed.

“Absolutely amazing, I went in there to get a GF drink and the owner/ manager was extremely helpful and understanding she went out of her way to read one of the labels to make sure it didn't have gluten and sure enough it did, she was so amazing and recommended other options that were 100% not gluten. “Don’t listen to all the haters on some of these reviews.
This place is amazing. I go to the one in Littleton, not sure if there is multiple.
Always soooo friendly and attentive when I walk in picking up my Togo food.
Always one employee wiping counters and keeping things tidy (I notice the female employees are better about this lol).
I’ve also dined in person and service was good. They aren’t super chatty and that’s fine, it’s a pho place.
Atmosphere wise it’s pretty plain but the bar area is decorated nicely. Very clean. Bathrooms are tidy. They sell cute pho shirts with clever sayings.
Pho is amazing. Soooo many selections.
Don’t sleep on this food.“
