This is the first time this has ever happened but they forgot one of my toppings! I’m not going to dock points though because truly service here is incredible and I know this doesn’t happen often!Dietary restrictions: I’m g/f d/f and have never had a problem finding something to eat.
Hands down Shelby and her ever changing hair colors (love them by the way) is the best. My youngest always ask to go to playa bowls not for the bowls, but he wants to see Shelby, he also loves her hair and her snake tattoo. That warms my heart as a mother. Shelby always has greeted us with a warm friendly smile, she makes my day every time. I hope she never leaves I don't think the place would be the same without her. A few of the other employees are not so friendly and kind....read full review

Obsessed! Bowls were delicious as per usual! The girl who took our order here is so kind and patient--speaking from our interaction with her and how she helped a little girl with her family behind us, who didn't know what the different bases were and the cashier took her time explaining each one to her and offering samples.
