“omg we absolutely loved everything! we tried various items since it was our first time. the staff was so wonderful and very helpful with any questions. the hummus is the best!! My favorite hummus now. the portions are a great size on the entrees and everything is seasoned to perfection! even the lentil soup....I had no idea lentil soup could be that good. this place deserves to be way more packed than it is. it looks worn on the outside but the food is too good to not keep going back. 10/10 I definitely recommend!“

“Saturday night takeout sharing the Meat lovers platter with a side of stuffed grape leaves. The kabobs were beautifully done, and not overdone. We’ve been to Turkey before and this place is legit- right down to the silky hummus and quiet pickled veggies scattered throughout the yellow rice.“

“We went to Shondiz last night for dinner and it was excellent. We were served barley soup (ashe joh) when we first got there and it was the best I ever had. I ordered mast-o-mousir to start and it did not disappoint. My husband ordered zereskh polo with chicken and I had the juheh kebab. Both meals were great. The owner Mohammed came out to talk to us and he was really friendly. We will definitely be back!“

It’s authentic, tastes delicious and is very reasonably priced for the amount of food and quality of food you get. The service is on the slower side (waited 30 min for these two dishes) but I don’t mind waiting if it’s going to taste amazing as it did. I can’t wait for my next visit!“

“Visiting Denver at Saturday night. I came back to my hotel at 130am and was looking for anything somehow healthy to eat. I know its a little much to ask so late at night. To my surprise I found out this place open till 3am. So I walked there since it was close to my hotel at start I didn't find it so I called them and the guy on the phone was super nice and told me the restaurant is right across civic center and found it easily. Im a middleeastern as well so was happy to find this place. I ordered Kafta kabbab pita and it was so good. The meat was tasty, pita was fresh and so is the salad they put inside. What a great surprise to have healthy food at 1:30am. Stuff are very nice and food was excellent. Ill definitely be back tomorrow to try the falafel. Highly recommend this place. Open till 3am. Wow. So good!!!“

“Food is good, there seems to be a somewhat strange taste to some of the food that I can't put my finger on. Not sure if it's the spice blend or the oil they cook the stuff in or what, but it was definitely enjoyable.
Definitely big portions“
