I had to call the store to fix my order because I hit send too soon when ordering online.
Sophia, who answered the phone, defined what true customer service should be! She was so kind, patient & sweet! I was very impressed with the way she handled the situation!

Beware paying in cash...delivery people spoke very little English or at least pretended not too, two people not one, didnt have any change until I started to call store...suddenly had just enough change to net them 28% tip, pretty clever really.
I ordered the 6.99 pairings medium pizza and wings. Pizza was perfect, wings were perfect. There was a small mix-up with my order, but the manager Qiona took care of if before i needed to even explain much. She identified the issue immediately and made it more than better. I will definitely be ordering again. Even on sunday football day, my order was corrected and delivered well within 30 minutes.
