“Fresh noodles, delicious soup stock, excellent stir fry. Friendly service. So sad that the are on the otherside of the metro area than I live. I would eat these noodles frequently if they weren't so far from me. Take advantage of this noodle shop if you live or work anywhere near it. Probably the best authentic noodle house in the metro area. Very much like street food I had in Hong Kong. Except it is up to American health standards. Go get some noodles.“

The French Onion Soup Dumplings, The Pot Stickers, Pork Belly Bao Buns and cocktails were fantastic, the Edamame Dumplings and General Cho’s Soup Dumplings were good as well. We didn’t care for the Wagyu Beef Skewers but that’s just a personal preference. All in all a terrific late lunch, and we will absolutely be back! The staff was terrific and welcoming.“

“If you order from the lunch menu be aware that portion size varies greatly even though the price is the same. Example: spaghetti with meat sauce comes in a kid size bowl with barely any meat for $10.99 and eggplant parm with a side of spaghetti comes on a large dinnerplate with a very large serving of eggplant and the same amount of spaghetti for $10.99 BIG DIFFERENCE! Choose according to your appetite and value factor. Otherwise the food was very good. Buon Appetite!“

“I’ve eaten here multiple times. My most recent server Tim was friendly and knowledgeable, as has been every server I’ve had here. Food is good and consistent between visits. Have never had a problem with pacing, soup and salad refills, or waiting for the host desk to seat us even on busy nights. I had the lunch special most recently. I thought the portion was a perfect size. It was “small” compared to the dinner portion but that’s the point. This location is generally always a bit busy, I’d recommend calling to be added to their wait list the day of.“

“I tried this place for the first time a few weeks ago and I was pleasantly surprised. I tried one of the premium cheesesteaks and it was delicious. The guys working behind the counter were polite and friendly and promptly worked on my sandwich when I ordered. I ordered the medium and immediately regretted it because I probably could have easily gotten by on one of the smaller options because the medium is quite large. I can only imagine how big the large is. It tasted fresh and was a little messy (as it should be) with lots of cheese, peppers and onions, and the hot and sweet peppers as well. I wish there were one of these closer to me because I would probably go fairly often if so. I'll definitely go by hair again if I am in this area though.“

“Some of the best Vietnamese food I’ve ever had. The grilled chicken noodle bowl was delicious with a lot of high quality chicken. The dry pho was so flavourful without being too salty, and the broth is fantastic. Must visit if you like Vietnamese flavours“

“This is a solid pho spot. Service was friendly and quick, and the pho came with all the traditional fixings. The meat (we all ordered brisket and flank) was good quality and well-cooked. We finished with taro boba teas, which were tasty, though the boba itself was a bit dry and wrinkled. The atmosphere is pretty plain, but that’s expected for a pho place — it’s really about the food, and overall we left satisfied. We would return, but I wouldn’t drive to downtown just to eat there.

Prices were good but they did add a service fee for our party of 6- and it was $20. I probably would’ve tipped $20, because the bill was $88 but I thought it strange that it was just a flat $20 without mention of percentage. We did not tip on top of this and as mentioned by others they charge a weird $2.50 fee not mentioned also.“

“We used to drive locally to castle rock venue but I was referred to this location in highlands ranch and the entire check list was demonstrably superior The place was ten times nicer ambiance and tastefully decorated and modern. Above all a very clean and well kept restaurant We had a fantastic hibachi chef. We got a sudden birthday disco like lighting surprise for my wife. The food was immaculate for all concerned. I work in the service industry so I was a little nervous to walk in so last minute but the employees were very nice (especially the guy). They were out of the French dip so I went with the meatball and my husband had the Italian. They were both excellent and we can’t wait to come back!“
