Vivi Pho Arapahoe is a restaurant known for its delicious and highly rated pho. The egg rolls are praised for their authentic taste, unlike Chinese knockoffs. The decor and puns are bright and endearing, adding an enjoyable touch to the setting. The service is quick and friendly, with some customers receiving their orders in just five minutes. Prices are reasonable, and the food quality is said to be as good as dining in Vietnam. Customers describe the restaurant as clean, welcoming, and perfect for work gatherings, dates, and happy hour. The owners work tirelessly to deliver excellent service, using fresh ingredients, tender meats, and vibrant green veggies. The pho is a popular choice, making customers feel better during flu season and all year round. The menu also includes dishes like pad thai with tofu, chicken-udon noodles with mixed veggies, and pho with udon noodles and tofu in vegetable broth, all of which are described as delicious. Many customers appreciate quick service and the variety on the menu, including spicy Hue noodles with a light broth and decent spring rolls. The atmosphere remains casual and inviting, making it highly recommended in the Arapahoe area.
