“Jerry D's 2.0. On 4-23-2025 Tony and I stopped in at Jerry D’s on Hwy 52 in Dacono for a brew and lunch. Conclusion: Jerry D’s is back in business, doing great and looking awesome. During my career days when I lived in Fort Lupton and worked in Boulder, it was the on my way home stop for supper and a brew. One of the best biker bars in the state. And it looks like it’s gonna be again at top notch biker bar.“

“Charming, if just a tad heavy on the country music. The cowboy theme works because there are unexpected touches, like the rose motif above the bar. Staff was super friendly and the portions were monstrous. Some of the better prepared bar food I've had in a while. Which also benefitted from interesting choices beyond the dog's and burgers (which are excellent) like the chicken in a waffle cone with Mac and cheese. There was more I'd have loved to try, but as I said, big portions. Nice spot for an afternoon lunch on Main with my grown kids. Good to see Longmont coming back to life after the pandemic.“

“We came in last night and my God we had an amazing time! We went to order with Sam and she was able to offer us fantastic advice on what to order! She listened to me ramble on about my life! “First time here. Made 6:00 reservations for two people. We arrived early hoping to have a cocktail at the bar but the bar was completely full. The hostess sat us right away. Our server very friendly and brought us water right away and asked if we would like bread and dipping oil. He also told us it was still happy hour if we wanted to get an order in. We both ordered the house red wine and the meatballs. The meatballs arrived within 5 minutes (almost too quick) our wine hadn’t even come yet. I got the mista salad and the cannelloni. Husband got the Italian wedding soup and the bucatini al forno. Food was delicious. Service was great. However, the two person tables are much too close. Our server had trouble reaching to get things to us and when the tall , thin, food runner tried to place a plate down on the table next to us and his butt was in my face, that is too close! Would love to come back if tables weren’t so close, and if the pace was a little slower. We had drinks, appetizer, salad and entree in less than 50 minutes. I know some people would appreciate the fast service, but when it is date night and you’re out of there in less than an hour, it doesn’t really seem right.“
