I just want to remark on the unbelievably fast delivery time. This is an ongoing thing too. I order pizza and the site says 45 mins for delivery. The food shows up on 20 mins, piping hot and from the friendliest dude ever! Great hire with the older gentleman delivering the food. I wish I knew his name so I could shout him out here. He has always been over the top friendly. The food quality is amazing and the food is super hot. GREAT experience all around. Thanks BLACKJACK Erie!!
The guys working at the Briggs location in Erie were awesome. I got there a little early and they kept giving me updates on my pizza. It was so nice to be treated kindly from the moment I walked in! Great staff!!
Pizza is hit or miss, sometimes it's pretty yummy, especially the pan pizza, and other times it seems a little bland.
Staff is usually friendly, parking lot is really small though so it can be tricky to find a space and get in and out.
