Staff are very nice and store looks great. Annoying beeping driving customers and staff crazy in the past few weeks though. Not normal for this location. Maybe try doing something about that and take care of your employees and customers?
Ella was so good! My caramel frap was so tasty, she was nice and added in all my inclusions (5!) I will be coming back in to see her every weekend! On the other hand, the girl with red hair was kinda slow with my sisters drink! But Ella rocked
UPDATE 11:30am! I just got one coffee that took 40 minutes. The SB Erie Team is working their butts off behind the counter, but are very backlogged. I suggest going elsewhere to help them catch-up. Happy Thanksgiving!11:15am! As of right now, it’s taken 25 minutes to get our coffee. Crazy busy inside for the TG Holiday!! Better luck in the drive thru or mobile ordering.Typically great every day other than right now!!!
