I was in an urgent need for a catering order and Rocky helped me out. Not only was he friendly and welcoming but he made the effort to help me get just what I needed. It's rare to find that in the food service industry today.
The food line looked very nice and clean. I used the restroom and it was it immaculate.
Treat your employees right and the good ones will stick around.
