I used to love this place years ago. I hadnt been there since May 2024 so I went there the other day just to find out they dont make my favorite kinds of pies anymore and overall the experience fell way short compared to how it used to be. No more website to order from. no more recipie sharing, and no more Harvest pies. It was disappointing.

Estes Park Pie Shop & Diner (You Need Pie!) offers a variety of flavors, with fruit pies being okay and cream pies tasting good depending on the flavor. Customers recommend ordering ahead for the freshest pies, which are often creative in combination. The pies look like they have been there awhile, but many find them still delicious. The restaurant provides excellent service, a cute atmosphere, and delicious white chocolate syrup. It's a popular spot for breakfast, lunch, and ordering cakes for special occasions, with great parking and uplifting music. Visitors often drive an hour just to eat here, especially enjoying the pies and new menu items like the jalapeño poppers burger. The breakfast options are fresh and filling, with traditional plates including scrambled eggs, bacon, and biscuits. Many guests find the food excellent, with one noting a huge chef's salad. For dessert, many take pies home, including popular choices like strawberry rhubarb and key lime/blackberry, and one customer claimed the banana cream pie was the best ever. Don't forget to try the creative flavors and take some pie home!
