The menu includes unique options like elk chops, bison ravioli, and bone marrow appetizers, all beautifully presented. The food was hands down the best, with high quality and local taste. They had the Elk Petite Steak, Chicken thigh meal, and Elk Chops w/shrimp scampi. The Wild Game Brats Sampler, made from boar, elk, bison, and pheasant, set the stage for a wonderful meal. The filet mignon was worthy of trying and cut like butter. The speed, quality, service, and accommodating an earlier time makes this restaurant a 5 star and worthy of a visit. The vibe was casual and the staff polite, wanting to please. This place isn't pretentious. Hunters Chop House exceeded expectations and left a lasting impression, making it a definite return destination.
