Perfect end to a perfect fall drive through RMNP
Simply some of the best brisket I have ever had, Period! juicy, tender and smoked to perfection. couldn't have asked for a better meal.
The personal service and delicious food exceeded all expectations. Once we placed our order, we sat by the River and the plates were brought to us.
I ordered a brisket sandwich with waffle fries and coleslaw, and my friend ordered the same sides but with a pork sandwich. We split the sandwiches and both meats were great! The food had bold flavor and each bite tasted fresh and delicious. Best bbq out of a food truck I’ve ever had!
