Excellent masala and makhani! And the chow mein was surprisingly good!!
Stopped by after the new owners took over and had a lovely experience. They welcomed me like I was a guest in their home, and the food was fantastic.

Do not order food from here on Uber Eats. They will close down the restaurant and not cancel your order if it’s not picked up.

Wonderful spot with a patio overlooking mountains. Delicious food, welcoming and very caring staff. Definitely recommend.
Worst Indian food I ever had in my life. I don’t know why they call Indian restaurant. There’s no taste of it.

The food is delicious, and the place is very cool, with mountain views. It really feels like we’re in the Himalayas. We’re vegetarian and had plenty of options.

Stopped into Cuisine of the Himalayas in Evergreen and ordered the Everest chai with rum and the Sherpa stew with naan. Great choices all around.
The chai was warm, spiced just right, and smooth, and the rum added a subtle kick without overpowering the flavor. The Sherpa stew was hearty, comforting, and had really good spice levels. Flavorful without being overwhelming. Exactly what you want after a cold Colorado day. The naan was fresh and soft, perfect for soaking up every last bit of the broth.
Cozy atmosphere, attentive service, and food that fits the mountain setting perfectly.

1st time. Most of our group tried the basic buffet. Several chicken and vegetarian choices and salad/soup options. A little pricey for light eaters but good flavors.
