Lazy Butcher - Burgers & BBQ - Cowboy Lounge

ordered lunch for employees very big order with a big variety. the food was delicious and packed very well. everyone was friendly. my only negative comment is that when you walk in it would be nice if we were acknowledged. there were multiple people walking up and just kinda standing there for a while. saw a guy sitting on his a laptop looked like am owner and literally never looked up. the only other thing is that while dont mind grabbing sauces etc but i think utensils and napkins should be a given and not having to ask for those things. i wouldnt have known they werent included except the person in front of me looked in their bag

The Butcher shop and the restaurant are awesome. The brisket, pulled pork and burgers are always amazing. Love the tallow Fries as well. Great service & atmosphere.

Great place , people and food!! They hosted my son’s rehearsal dinner party in the Cowboy lounge. Every detail was perfect! Everyone had a great time and loved the food and drinks! 🤠

We dined in at Fountain. The pulled pork sandwich was excellent. Very generous portion and the BBQ sauce was so yummy. We loved the smoked potato salad. The decor is spot on with great pictures! We enjoyed everything about dining there today! We will definitely be back many times!

Had a great experience, burgers were awesome and so was the brisket. The owner was really great and very conscientious about quality! We will be back

1st time eating here, we just moved to Colorado and this was hands down one of my favorite restaurants we have ate at yet!

Sooo gooood! I don’t eat out often or crave bbq but I’ve been there 4 times in 2 weeks. I can’t stop. It’s that good. Very friendly staff too. Brisket, pork, wings. Brussel sprouts, fried pickles- all delish!

The atmosphere has a warm Texas welcome. Chelsie was very helpful and friendly. I love that you can quickly place your takeout order on user-friendly touchscreens. We ordered chopped brisket, sausage, coleslaw, fried okra, and mac & cheese. The food came out fast and hot. Price was very reasonable and everything was delicious!! Bonus points to the guy at the pickup window who pronounced my name correctly… lucky guess maybe but it was a great experience. We will be back! ?

It’s hard to find good BBQ anywhere in Colorado yet here it is in Evergreen. It’s also nice to see a restaurant here that has more than cheeseburgers as their staple.Everything I had was great, and the brisket is moist. I’ve eaten at their food truck several times, but they took it up a notch at the restaurant location.

Wow! This place is amazing! I got the Texan brisket sandwich with onion rings, and my husband had the make-your-own pulled pork sandwich with the onions rings. The food is absolutely fantastic, the music and atmosphere is fun, the whole place is scrupulously clean, and the entire staff is helpful and very friendly! If I could give the food 10+ stars, I would! We read on Nextdoor how great they are, and it surely exceeded our expectations! Give it a try! You won’t be disappointed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is what we needed in Evergreen! Most importantly the food is amazing and so reasonably priced. The staff and restaurant are also really nice. Be sure to check out the lazy acre meats that is Nextdoor they have some great local products. Highly recommend!

Not impressed with this restaurant at all. If you want good barbecue go to smoking yards in Idaho springs. This restaurant will be closed in a year building is a revolving door of restaurants since evergreen sports
