Would leave a zero if possible. Ordered my food and a hour later it still had not left the store. Called for an update and a worker told me they were waiting on uber. I made a comment about not being freaky fast anymore to which the worker responded “neither is tipping”. To work in customer service and speak to clients like that is appalling. To make a comment like that just because someone didn’t tip on a delivery service is just horrible customer service.
Freaky fast does NOT exist at this location. At lunch time there is always a 20-30 minute wait in the drive through line. You guys really need to staff up during peak hours!!!!

Not the worst JJs experience I've had yet, but definitely. a bottom three.
As others have stated recently: be prepared to wait a good long while for your food. That's fine and expected of places that make it fresh but... Let's be honest. It's Jimmy John's. It's sitting on the counter waiting.
Neither sandwich was made as asked. Even after asking for two things and explicitly saying not something else, the thing we didn't want was put on and the two items desired weren't. One sandwich even had something that doesn't come with it and wasn't asked for.

Still our favorite road lunch stop when traveling. Courteous staff, quick and unwich means food allergies can be bypassed.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Jimmy John’s. The service was extremely slow even though there seemed to be plenty of staff working. The person at the front window seemed confused, constantly opening and closing the window without helping customers efficiently. It felt like customer service was a zero priority here. On top of that, my sandwich was soggy and poorly made. Overall, very frustrating and not up to the standard I expect from Jimmy John’s.
Freaky slow!! Last two times the drive through took over 20 minutes. Once you get in the line you can’t get out. Never again. Beware….

Another bad situation, got faulty sandwich. Got home (15 miles) and found sandwich lacked paid for, extra meat and cheese. Called and spoke to manager who told me to bring sandwich back to prove to him, said he made sandwich and the customer (me) was wrong. I expected an apology and possibly a free sandwich for their mistake. I asked for a free sandwich and was told No ! This sad review is another example of an unprofessional run operation, similar to other poor reviews. Who would take the time to lie about a $12.00 sandwich if it was not true? I was a 2-3 year repeat Customer! Was! Leaving inexperienced young people in charge, can really hurt you business.

All those Jimmy John’s commercials have been lying to me. 15 mins at the drive through window waiting for a slim turkey sandwich with cheese. It’s literally two slices of bread, some cheese and some turkey. Oh and they still messed this up, see picture 😂. No other cars in line, just me.

Waited in drive thru for more than 30 minutes just to find out they ran out of white bread. How does that happen?
I then waited at the window for more than 20 minutes for my 2, yes 2, sandwiches.
This is the slowest, mis-managed JJs that I have ever visited.

Wish I had looked around before ordering, the door slaming when I came in should have been indicator. Dirty everywhere, from restrooms(door doesnt lock), to soda machine, to behind counter.
