I order a #5 EVERY time I go here. It is the only sandwich that does NOT come standard with mayo. I get this sandwich because I'm allergic to mayo.
But this location serves me up my #5 WITH mayo about 40% of the time even tho I go out of my way to specify "NO mayo" (redundant given that's how the sandwich is supposed to come). So I've prob wasted about 40% of the money I've spent here on food that I can't eat. REALLY starting to piss me off.

I did take off one star since I got food poisoning :( I definitely just caught them on an off day so I don’t blame anyone, unfortunately sometimes things just happen
Parking: A shared parking lot with the other stores on the strip, lots of spots. Also they have a drive thru!

Slowest Jimmy John’s on the planet and I’ve never seen so many workers. Waited for 20 minutes two separate times and not all that busy. I would suggest not ordering on the app because I think maybe that is the issue. Anyone that came in after I ordered got their food much more quickly while we still waited.

Ordered online for pickup last night at 6:30pm and drove all the way across town, but it turns out they were closed early! Got my refund the next day, but certainly would have expected something more as an apology!

Honestly, I’d recommend going to a different jimmy john’s. The last THREE times I’ve gone to this one, months apart, they’ve been out of bread. I went earlier today, they were out again. So I ordered my sandwich on wheat bread, expecting a long sandwich on wheat bread instead of the Italian bread I usually get. I also asked for bacon on my sandwich.Let’s just say if I wanted to pay over $15 for a sandwich with barely any meat, way too much lettuce, no bacon and tomatoes that made the small, SLICED wheat bread soggy, I would’ve gone to the grocery store and made my own.I won’t be coming back to this location.
Good food, great patio, polite staff with a happy attitude, who don't panic when a bus load of football players stop in unexpectedly!I come here often & they have really stepped up their game in the last few months.p.s. Love the clean bathrooms & fresh daily iced tea too!
