Holy smokes! I did not expect this restaurant to be so amazing. We were looking for a restaurant with clean and FRESH food In Evergreen yesterday. We went from restaurant to restaurant looking at menus and decided to go to Saigon Landing. When we walked in, We were the only people in the restaurant. Naïvely we thought this might be a bad sign. We ordered sweet-and-sour chicken, edamame, and shrimp lettuce cups. What we received blew our minds. We thought we would receive standard...
There was no way you could stop me from coming in here once I saw the building. Such a pretty dining space (I think I read that this building used to be a theater?) and we had a lovely gentleman as our host. We tried a couple of dishes out and the wontons in the wonton soup were our favorite. The other dishes were good just nothing to write home about.
Great, authentic Vietnamese food in downtown Evergreen!
