On 1/22/26 our family ate at Sushi Win, Jr in Evergreen, CO. We chose this restaurant as they were donating some of the proceeds of that night to our Granddaughter’s Elementary School (Yay!!!) None of us had been there before (we are visiting our family from Durango, CO). Ryan was working alone last night - which I later found out he was the Maitre de, the Wait Staff, the Bartender, the Dish Washer AND the Chef for a packed-out restaurant!!!
