Never disappointed with the breakfast sandwich! but you better come hungry, because they are huge! my grandson and I are big fans and never leave hungry.

Love love love this place, it’s one of my go to places for not only sweet treats and coffee, but the breakfast sandwiches are amazing too! Do yourself a favor and give in to your sweet tooth, you won’t regret it! The staff is amazing too!

The coolest little gem in marshdale in everygreen, CO. Great pastries, sourdough bread n bagels have either a great sweet or a savory flavor; breakfast n lunch sandwiches are amazing!! Great atmosphere due the unicorn and rainbow theme!! Also see cookie jars getting adopted out is even more special !! Love inspiring rainbow n unicorn ideas n feed back on the food!! Oh. Coffee n ice cream are fanatics too!!

Amazing food and service! Jacquie and Sue did a custom dessert spread and three custom quiches for a baby shower I hosted. Jacquie walked me through the amount and type of desserts for my display based on the number of guests and my theme. She brought the vision I had in my head to life! Plus, she and Sue went out of their way to make custom quiches for my guests that were a huge hit. These gals made it so easy to put on a beautiful buffet for the party and it tasted amazing. Thank you both! I highly recommend them for any party you have!

Happened to come across this place today while riding motorcycles with friends. They have a fantastic selection of breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, and insanely delicious baked goods. I can’t wait to go back on the motorcycle!!!

Finally got to visit, as we rarely come to this side of town. The ladies are so friendly, love you can see the baking process.
I had a pesto bagel breakfast sandwich, the portion was pretty big, and affordable cost!
Super delicious, love they utilize so many local companies, big win in my book.
Definitely will be returning!

This place always has the warmest welcome! It feels like being welcomed by family when we come in. The owner is very passionate about what she does! Loving the addition of the coffee menu with Daddy’s Homemade Simple Syrup. Just enjoyed a delicious boysenberry latte and the softest, melt-in-your mouth PB&J cookie!

Suz Cookie Jar Rescue is a lovely, little family owned, bakery and cafe, in the heart of Marshdale. I love their homemade sourdough breads and bagels! I recently tried their macarons and they were absolutely delicious! If you’re looking for homemade, high quality, baked deliciousness, Suz Cookie Jar Rescue is the place to be! They recently started serving coffee too, which is an added bonus! I’ll definitely be regularly coming to Suz Cookie Jar Rescue for more sourdough breads and bagels and treats for my kids! My daughter loves the fun logo too, with the unicorns and happy atmosphere. Thank you Suz and company! We’ll see you again soon!

So happy I stopped in here for a Mocha Coffee after getting a burger next door! What an incredible family run business, will absolutely be back to support in the future.

Stopped in for a mid day pick me up mocha after lunch (mocha was absolutely delicious, highly recommended) and ended up buying a ton of treats for the week!

Have very much enjoyed all of them ! (Especially the chocolate cheesecake cake pops!)

Also they have some items which specifically go back toward charity which I thought was super cool. Definitely stop in and support this incredibly friendly, delicious, local family run bakery / coffee shop!

We were stuck in traffic on our way to Summit County when I-70 shut down because of a car fire. It was one of those days—but stumbling upon Suz Cookie Jar Rescue turned things around completely.

Even though they were caught in the same traffic mess, they stayed open late to serve people like us who were stranded. You could tell they genuinely cared—kind, welcoming, just great people all around.

And the food? Absolutely hit the spot. The sandwiches were fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and made with care. And the chocolate chip cookies? Easily some of the best we’ve ever had.

This place is a gem, run by people with huge hearts. We’re so grateful we found them. Thank you, Suz and crew!
