We're were kicked out of the line of the drive through when no one was in line & told to wait for our food even though it was right there! The young man wad a punk & should be fired. He tried to blame it on a timer saying we were taking too long. Such BS!

While I was deciding what I wanted and nobody was behind me, the drive through employee felt the need to inform me that there was a timer for me to give my order after only a few seconds. The transgender individual at the window never asks if I would like any sauce and the one time they did ask, I did not get what I asked for.

The absolute worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I don’t expect much from a fast food restaurant, but to not even open at the time of your corporate hours?? I’ve been by multiple times where they have doors locked 30+ minutes after 9 AM. Workers will stand there, look at you, and continue chatting away. All I want is a Baja Blast but dang…. these guys make it difficult. Incredibly lazy…even for Taco Bell. AVOID!
Also, based on the other reviews and zero comments by the location, management clearly has zero interest in their store.

We ordered through the drive through and didn't realize we didn't get our entire order until we got home in Conifer. I tried calling to rectify the situation and no one picked up. They didn't give us a receipt so we can't contest the charge on what they left out. Will not be back!

Sat in line with 3 people for an hour. If I wanted to wait that long for some food I’d go to an actual restaurant…. But because the 6 people in there feel bad for themselves for having to work at Taco Bell I did not get any food on my lunch break today. When I then tried calling no one answeres hope this place ends up like wendys

Clean Bell location. Food was good and Taco Bell-y. Service was mostly okay, just they seemed distracted and caught off guard by a midafternoon order. It took about as long as you'd expect during peak hours, not midday. Still, decent experience though.

They do not open at 9am. I don't know when they will serve you. The doors are open at 9 but they won't serve you any food then. Typical poor evergreen service same as most of our restaurants here.

Honestly the best taco bell in the mountains. The staff is super friendly and the food was made perfectly. They've turned this ship around!
You’ll receive half your order. The other half you actually receive will be incorrect. Everything is put together very sloppy, nachos are dumped upside down. You have no other Taco Bell option within 30 mins. Good luck!

I hope it was a kink in AI and not a human at the drive thru, I couldn’t get my order out of my mouth before I was asked “is that it” over and over. So frustrating.

No stars. Worst taco bell experience ever. Food was horrible. No drinks available except water so I paid for a large drink and didn't get one. Waiting for a refund and no one new what they were doing so left with out drink or refund. Won't return to Evergreen Taco bell ever.
