Really enjoyed the Squid Ink appetizer; It was super savory and full of new ingredients to me; fun! Been a long time since I had duck; it was tender, juicy and full of flavor--YUM. I also enjoyed the wholesome locally grown vegetables and cauliflower. Delightfully surprised by the watermelon radishI Also savored a first class Smoky Old Fashioned and sumptuous tiramisu. Our server Rebecca was cheerful, attentive, thoughtful, and very helpful navigating the menu.
We went here for my birthday, and enjoyed the drive up. We were looking forward to a great meal, but unfortunately we were underwhelmed. The duck which I had was inedible - very gamey and the flavor wasn't good. I ate one bite, shared a bite and left it. My husband had the salmon which was good, but the fingerling potatoes were raw. My friend that had the bison ribs had the best meal except for the raw potatoes. My other friend had the pasta and she said it was OK. The best...
Anniversary so wanted to enjoy a great meal. Evoke 1923 did do. Salads were very nice and I enjoyed the filet mignon while my wife very much enjoyed the scallops in pasta. However, as good as that was the desserts were fantastic. My wife loves soufflés and she said this was the best ever. I had the key lime and it was certainly among the best I have ever experienced. So we will be back.
