Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I walked in and asked for the famous bowl without chicken and asked if I could substitute for Mac and cheese, I was told no, which was fine. I said ok then let me order the bowl without chicken and I would like to order a small side of Mac n cheese. The manager rudely chimes in and says, “you can order that but we aren’t going to put it in the bowl for you” I replied with that’s fine, I can do it myself. Rudest staff ever....read full review

Vanessa provided excellent service by fulfilling a Father's Day order promptly. Overall, the restaurant has turned around, and many customers are excited to return for more fried chicken.
