I had ordered this through DoorDash with specific ingredients. Once delivered, it was missing most of those ingredients. I brought it back and my goodness; they were amazing! They remade it on the spot and were so nice about it! The manager, she was fair and understanding and her team was really nice! I will continue to order from this location whenever I’m hankering for a delicious Philly! Also, the cannolis are AMAZING!
Tried to order a large today and should’ve ordered a medium. They missed half of my sandwich and left me with just bread.
Had a great experience at Taste of Philly! The #9 Original was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The customer service made it even better—Shotae took care of me and was super friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was right with my order. Definitely the kind of service that makes you want to come back. I’ll absolutely be returning!
