I’ve been very cautious about eating out lately, and OMG… huge win that they offer burger bowls! I always order my bun on the side, but I didn’t even have to because they have an amazing burger bowl option for any of their burgers. Another thing I loved: when you order fries, you can choose a single or double portion instead of being forced into getting two sides. The food is all very good, in fact, the wings are the best I have ever had in Colorado and might be the best I have had anywhere!!! Try the Carolina Jalapeño wings, the pulled pork sandwich, the french dip sandwich and the tochos!!! And come here to watch sports and play Volleyball on Friday nights!!!“

The food was decent, I really didn’t expect it to be this huge as a starter though; the ice tea lemonade was so delicious and refreshing, and I was really surprised when the waiter refilled it! I mean it wasn’t anywhere on the menu.. Of course loved the gesture and appreciated it!“

He told us, in no uncertain terms, that he really appreciated the fact we showed no anti-Asian hatred. I can’t even imagine as such. I love the people, their traditions, their food, and their heritage. I’m so sorry they have to endure such hatred in the Land of the Free. Peace and happiness, my brother.“

“The people who participated in karaoke were super enthusiastic and supportive of each other. I've been to many karaoke bars and have never seen as many creative people get up and do impromptu singing and dance numbers. There was no app to download to sign up to sing, which to me was preferable. Instead, the karaoke host and DJ was available and made it easy to request to be added to the list of singers. He sang well too - this is how we do it got a good sized group of revelers up and onto the dance floor. There are also pool tables and darts available. I highly recommend this tavern for anyone seeking a lively, unpretentious place to have a fun evening out in the Lakewood and Wheat Ridge area.“

“Great place to watch premier league. The place was poppin’ even on a Monday. Get there early or you might not land a seat. The food was great! We had fish and chips and bangers & mash. Both were outstanding. It was kind of a bummer that there was only one person running the entire bar. So extra long waits to order. She was Bartending, table service and running food. Whatever she was getting paid isn’t enough. Kept her cool and was pleasant the entire time. Will come again. UP THE VILLA!!“

“My Boyfriend and I were visiting Denver and love to go to sports bars and enjoy a game of pool, darts and cold beverages. We were nervous being outsiders but this place was absolutely one of the highlights of our vacation. The Bartenders were off the chart with friendliness and attentiveness, “So welcoming”! The customers were respectful to each other, the bar itself was clean and had all the fun things to do with great music on the juke box and sports on the big screens. Later in the visit we meet the owner of the bar and I can see why Halftime is so popular!! She is her brand. We traveled Denver for 7 days, baseball game, concert at Redrock, top golf, Grizzly Rose, movies, bowling, etc!!! Halftime family YOU were at the top and we will NEVER forget you! Thank you for giving us a great memory.“

I’m from out of town visiting, and the staff took care of me completely! I loved the food, loved the staff, and loved everything this place had to offer.
The upper deck has a beautiful view of downtown, and downstairs has a wonderful atmosphere.
