Has simply gone downhill. Rice is consistently undercooked and crunchy. Found chicken bones in my sizzling chicken soup. Unfortunately won’t be going back as this has been the experience the last 4 times we have ordered.

I've been eating at the Jade Cafe for over 15 years. Up until recently I have pleased with everything about this restaurant. My complaints center around the obvious changes with the food. The prices go up everywhere, that is normal and to be expected. If the food remains consistently as before, I'm all good. Unfortunately, Jade Cafe has been cutting corners with the amounts and ingredients on their meals. The sauce is probably half the amount they used in the recent past. So now I order extra sauce, not asking how much it costs, because, again, I like consistency. Today I ordered the Shrimp and Vegetables with extra sauce. OMG, the sauce was so thin, almost like broth. Maybe they forgot and didn't bother to fix it but put water in it since it was a take-out order and I wouldn't complain? I don't know. The Vegetables were not the nice combination or amount of the past either. None of the cute mushrooms used to have 2 or 3. And just less of everything else. I'm over it! The China Garden has the same menu, prices and if the food has been changed, I didn't notice it when I was there last in November. Their atmosphere is better too.

I’ll start out saying customer service could be better. But the food is amazing. I’ve been to lot of Chinese restaurants in my time and this one is one of my favorites. For a small town far from the city I never thought a Chinese restaurant in Florence would be this good.

Local chinese dining, a litle on the pricey side but the serving sizes are large and you will get more food than you expect. One order of wings is a full plate. I'm always a little worried when I get chicken at a restaurant and this chicken was very good.

Oh wow! So I hadn't been since I was a kid, before Google reviews was the thing ?Love love love the food, service, our popo platter was amazing with the little fire pit to warm appetizers. Everything tastes wonderful! We will be back!

It was not very busy for a Saturday and my friend and I were delighted to find that they honored the lunch menu. We both found the egg drop soup to be delicious. My main course, lemon chicken, was a little dry, but the portion was a nice size. We both found the eggrolls to be dry as well. We couldn't quite pinpoint the taste of the hot tea, but we enjoyed it. Overall, a delicious lunch. We were not hurried and were able to sit and visit and catch up which was an added bonus.
