Left overs seem to be holding pretty well too.Vegetarian options: I try not to recommend salads to vegetarians and vegans but these people were chill about modifications and there's a build your own option.Dietary restrictions: There's a build your own salad option which should let you pick and choose as needed and they are open to modifying regular menu items. They don't have a huge selection of ingredients so if you have a lot of allergies it may not be the best, but 1 or 2 seem workable.“
“We love Nektar and order frequently. We were first intrigued because they use in house made cashew milk for their smoothies. For a family who has to stay away from dairy but loves smoothies it was a wonderful option and now we go all the time. “By far best place in Fort Collins and surrounding areas for an açaí bowl. The other Rush Bowl near harmony is average at best but this place is excellent. Great service, the people working there are great, friendly and accommodating to any substitutes in any of the bowls. Shout out to the young lad working there recently, never caught his name last two times I’ve been in but he’s super customer service skills.“
“GREAT service! Vegan-literate! I asked if the pumpkin spice could be vegan and the cashier said yes and immediately told me what would be modified, and offered up nondairy milks. She also asked my preference for Graham cracker, since it has honey. So thoughtful! Felt reassuring that they would get it right (as a vegan, it’s always a gamble). For fellow vegans: Highly recommend the pumpkin spice bowl w/coconut milk, (no froyo/honey/graham,) add banana & chocolate chips & soy protein ☺️ yum. Glad I could get my fall pumpkin spice fix somewhere, since Starbucks doesn’t cater any pumpkin drinks to vegans… and it definitely hits the spot.
