I usually love this place. But the employees were very rude tonight. I saw them telling a customer she had to pay for a sandwhich when they gave her the wrong one. It was obviously just a mistake and the way he spoke to her was so unkind. And I experienced a similar rudeness at the register.

This place is always there for me, and is getting me through nursing school. Tara is by far the best barista, and really, really takes care of the regulars. Kate and Lee are also a joy. Everyone is great, it's down to earth, and plenty of beautiful spots with natural light. I love coming here to get some work done throughout the week. Been coming to this city block a lot of years, and there's something special (and interesting) about the energy in the place. I used to spend entire nights here back in the day (in my CSU grad school years), and keep coming back. Thanks for being a Fort Collins gem.

First time here! Cute and funky establishment with plenty of seating. Coffee was good and the food was good. It is located in an alley and Google will take you everywhere else but there. It is located on the second floor. There was outdoor seating.

I hate to leave a 3 star review, but it could've been worse. We actually really like alley cat, but for the past month or so, it's been increasingly going downhill. The baristas used to be super friendly and amazing, but you can tell they are understaffed and overworked. Our sodas and coffees lately have been flat out bad, the sodas were completely flat and tasted like water with syrup (which I know how good they can taste when done right). We will not be going back anytime soon until the owner starts implementing some changes and treating staff better.

This place used to have the best coffee shop vibe in Fort Collins. However, they put a hookah shop below the coffee shop and the smoke from the hookah keeps wafting into the windows. I am pretty sensitive to smoke so I left there totally congested and disappointed. What a shame for such a cozy location.On the bright side, the barista was super friendly. Unfortunately, as long as the hookah place exists here, I will not be returning. Also, I didn’t think parking options have somehow gotten worse.

Have been a patron for several years, really enjoyed the place. Great spot to meet up or meet new friends, food, etc. Lately could use a new paint job over the writing on the walls imo. Hours are great if you're a morning person or a night owl.
