The Panang Curry is my ultimate comfort meal. The curry sauce is rich and flavorful, paired with coconut rice and tender pork, the flavor is unbeatable. Their sweet sticky rice is softly sweet, comforting, and delicious; like a memory from your childhood. If this place ever closes I’m going to cry because their food has become so near and dear to my heart.
Multiple options on the menu are labeled vegan or vegan option. One of the few Thai places I’ve had that does a fully vegan pad Thai by request. The yellow curry and basil fried rice are also favorites. The servers are knowledgeable about vegan options if you have specific questions.

Good food but cheap on the meat and waaayyy overpriced. I’ve been going here for over a decade and I’m done. Unfortunately, Fort Collins has a lot of very mediocre food so Bann Thai rises to the top ten percent.
