The young man working the register today was very nice and helpful. The food was pretty good and I appreciate the chill vibe at this location plus outdoor seating near a library.
Update:
Today September 10 2026 I checked this store and found the Wi-Fi working. I don't know what to say. If the Wi-Fi is reliable it's a very nice Panera in a great location in a quiet but elegant shopping area right across from the Council Tree public branch.

I come here most Saturdays. Jamey and her crew are awesome. They are always cheery, usually remember what I like to order.

Panera Bread offers a welcoming atmosphere and friendly service, making it a great spot for a quick snack or a quiet place to study. The staff, including the Team Lead, are noted for their kindness and efficiency. The assistant manager, Devin, and Alex are always friendly. The manager is also hands-on and helpful; however, there was an instance where a customer requested the manager to wash her hands and change gloves, which was handled unprofessionally. While there was an issue with a missing egg white in a breakfast sandwich, the manager was understanding and offered solutions. Bagels, coffee, and egg whites are available options. However, there have been occasional concerns about the bread's freshness. The restaurant is speedy and never messes up orders. It's always warm inside.
